CONVENTION PRINTING VALUED AT DESCRIPTION
CONVENTION PROGRAMME R120,000 Printing of Convention programme/ book as well as Convention printing at the venue. In exchange, company will receive complimentary 6m x 4m exhibition space; Access for 4 stand representatives, including meals; Full page advert in Convention programme/ book; Rolling advert before breaks/during/after breaks; Database of delegates AFTER the Convention.
CONVENTION COLLATERAL COST DESCRIPTION
CONVENTION BAGS R25,000 Sponsors logo printed on Convention Bag, along with Convention branding. Bag type (size, colour, branding, etc.) to be approved by Convention Organising Committee.
LANYARDS R20,000 Sponsors logo printed on lanyards, along with Convention branding. Lanyard type (size, colour, branding, etc.) to be approved by Convention Organising Committee.
ADVERTISING COST DESCRIPTION

SPONSORSHIP IS ALSO REQUESTED FOR THE FOLLOWING:

  • Convention bags, pens, notepads, bottles of water, anything novel and useful for Principals.​

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the Intent Form has been completed, your sponsorship is classified as confirmed.  Should you cancel, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • 120 days before the Convention – no cancellation fees
  • 90 days before the Convention – 25% cancellation fees
  • 60 days before the Convention – 50% cancellation fees
  • 30 days, during or after the Convention – full cancellation fees

Please forward your cancellation in writing to  the Convention Organisers on sponsors@icpcapetown2020.com.

Refunds will only be done AFTER the Convention has ended.
